Terms for mySellsy services

1. Scope
These terms describe the service model around mySellsy and related services by OctoSuite. Before public launch or contract execution, the text should be legally reviewed and finalized.
2. Service description
mySellsy includes the shop system, related management features and the services described in each package. The exact scope depends on the selected package, project coordination and any custom offer.
3. Credits and included Listy output
The packages include monthly Listy credits for product creation. In the pricing model shown here, 100 credits equal one product. Additional services or different credit logic can be agreed individually.
4. Demo access
Public demo areas such as the shop may be openly accessible. Protected demo areas such as the backend are provided only upon request and with individual credentials for security and organizational reasons.
5. Availability and product evolution
OctoSuite continuously improves mySellsy. Maintenance, updates and technical adjustments may therefore be necessary. There is no claim to a permanently frozen product state.
6. Liability
OctoSuite is liable within the limits of applicable law. For content that is provided, approved or actively used by the customer, the final responsibility remains with the respective operator or merchant.
7. Final provisions
German law applies. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office. If individual provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
